One fine Monday morning, while sipping my tea and going through the Education Times, an article on the last page, caught hold of my eyes, it read, “PROGRAMME ON LEADERSHIP IN SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT”.
The title being captivating, I went through it in one go but was disheartened to know that I had missed the last date of enrolling myself for the programme.
The organisation Leaders for Tomorrow grabbed my attention. So I read more about it on their website, and found that this N.G.O provides a lot of exciting opportunities to the youth. The programmes carried by it are a platform of development for the youngsters.
I eagerly wanted to be a part of this N.G.O, so enquired about it in my college. And few days later was elated to know about the Anti Ragging and Anti Drug campaign that was going to be held in our college.
I became a part of the campaign in which our first role was starting a signature campaign, for seniors not to involve in any act of ragging. And second part was to connect with the fresher and make them aware of their right of not being ragged by seniors, and also making our college mates realise the ill effects of drugs. The campaign went really well. Later we were awarded with the certificate of merit for our endeavour with Leaders for Tomorrow.
I am thankful to L.F.T for making me a part of it, and providing me with an opportunity to create awareness about the social evils like ragging prevalent in our society.
This experience with L.F.T created a sense of responsibility in me towards my society and helped me be an instrumental youth.

It was a nice experience being with this organisation...nower days we usually hear about dicriminations and all... but with this organisation we have learned about social welfare.
and we act as a helping hand of needy people..when we become the reason for someone's happiness then it become an achievement in ourselves..
and working with this organisation we felt the same..
we all are always there for this organisation ...
