Igniting young minds
Centre : Jamghat, Saket

The whole experience of visiting the children and spending time with them was amazingly wonderful for me.
After I attended the first session I felt what if the kids don't recognize me when I come next week, but the way they ran up to us saying "ye meri didi hai"  was just so fulfilling and that
added to my excitement level.  They made us feel loved in their own special way.

These kids at Jamghat children home are so cute, enthusiastic, active and full of spirits and have potential of becoming exceptionally successful.
We imparted whatever knowledge we could to them and proceeded with playing some games and narrating them stories.
The best part about all the Sessions was that every time we had an Introductory round and they introduce themselves in English. Little they knew how to speak but they used to manage and never felt shy.
Even though the 6 week long cycle ended, we have all accomplished our aim and in the process, learnt a lot about life from these little angels! :)
I would definitely like to thank IYM for giving me such a chance to meet these wonderful kids!!
We are really going to miss their shining faces, winning smile and the time spent here of course!

"It doesn't take a majority to make a rebillion ; it takes only a few determined leaders and a sound cause"

That is what i feel the same about the organisation "Leaders For Tomorrow"......
Honestly, I didn't knew much about the organisation when i joined it....But after a few interactive sessions on different campaigns  initiated by "Leaders For Tomorrow" , I felt like i was at the right place to show my qualities and skills and also help in achieving their goal...It feels great to be a part of such an organisation which helps in bringing up the students as "Leaders" and also developing the nation...

Recently, the "Leaders For Tomorrow"organised the campaign "ADAPT:Adopt A Plant" in our college and it was an awesome experience to be a part of "ADAPT".....We had planted many saplings to make our campus greener..Each and every teacher and student took part in the campaign with full enthusiasm and zeal and it feels great to get such an overwhelming response from each and every corner of the college even if they are not a part of it...I thank each and every member of "Leaders For Tomorrow" for forming such an organisation and it feels great to be a part of it...

Being a part of LFT,actually made me realise that...yeah...em in college. The way i interacted with everyone was just amazing...!!!!! I am actually feeling like i did something..i participated in two campaigns ADAR : ANTI DRUG AND ANTI RAGGING and  ADAPT: ADOPT A PLANT. Especially in "ADAPT" : ADOPT A PLANT, i worked with the creative team...it gave me the platform to show my creativity. LFT actually provides an edge by giving the opportunity to interact with people and i feel proud working with an NGO. Working for  A SOCIAL CAUSE was a great experience for me. Thanks for giving me such an opportunity.

ADAPT

The name ' Leaders For Tomorrow ' generates a picture in one's mind of
an organisation which helps to develop some basic leadership qualities
in a person alongwith general benefit to society and in my limited
experience with LFT I found it to be exactly the same. After
regestering myself with the organisation, the first event which was
organised in our college was ' Adapt ' and I was fortunate enough to
be the part of its organising committee and work along my seniors.
It was a very enriching experience for me as I had never worked for a
project like this. The experience which I gained would surely help me
later in my professional life. I am very happy and satisfied with my
decesion of joining ' LFT ' and would surely look forward to continue
working for the same.
